Pellem Contracting, LLC (“Pellem”) was founded in 2007. Pellem has more than 75 years of combined experience in construction management. We have developed a network of subcontractors and designers who have demonstrated their skills to be among the best in their fields. There is a tremendous advantage of working with the same team on numerous projects. The familiarity and respect for each others work, schedule, and Pellem’s high standards for quality workmanship becomes second nature.

We work very closely with our clients to make sure that the end results meet and exceed their every expectation. We maintain communication with our clients from the job site by providing progress photos and digital photos of any challenges that may occur. We protect our clients administratively by closely monitoring pre-liens and mechanics liens and obtaining lien waivers throughout the course of the project ensuring the project is kept lien free. Our subcontractors are contractually obligated to provide our clients with a 2 year warranty with a 24 hour response time. At the end of the project, we provide our clients a "Close Out Book" which includes manufacturer and labor warranties, maintenance manuals, contact list and job photos.

Pellem is a full-service general contractor and construction management firm providing services in all areas of construction, from conception to completion. Pellem provides benchmark estimating and scheduling, pre-construction and construction services, value engineering and quality control.
